How to process an order.

3. We will send you an invoice that you will be able to pay via Credit Card.(Instantly)

4.Payment is processed.(Instantly)

5.We process your order.(Maximum period of 3 day)

6.Shipping Company are responsible for sending the package to its destination within 7-12 business days.(varies depending on the shipping method chosen)

Shipments may take a little longer due to holidays or specific festivities.

What happen if my order does not arrive?

In the exceptional case that the order does not arrive within 20-30 business days, the customer can let us know by email and our financial team will be in change of refunding the total amount paid or, if the customer prefers, we will resend the order(s)./s without extrat costs.

What happens if I am not at the indicated delivery location when the delivery company brings me the package?

Your postal company will leave a notice paper in your mailbox and the next day you can go pick it up at nearest post office indicated on the same paper.
